What I do know is that Rockstar is gonna be working on a new IP PS3 exclusive. Hopefully it's the next GTA III.
What else can I say? It could be huge, it's almost like a real MMO Sims. I don't know if it replaces XBOX live but it adds a lot of aspects to social video gaming that XBOX live doesn't have.

I think it's obvious GTA doesn't have the same shock value it did with GTA III. The formula isn't new anymore.
Sony is already getting the new IP exclusive. If Rockstar is really that good they will deliver something amazing. If not then they aren't worth buying. So what would be the purpose of buying them. GTA for 20 years? I just don't feel GTA can recapture the glory of GTA III anymore.

But there is no excuse here. This is a disturbing trend that is gonna knock Sony out of the console wars. GRAW 2, Rainbow Six, Dirt, Fatal Inertia, Stranglehold, and future titles. I've already heard of a few others like Medal of Honor, Blazing Angels, Timeshift.
Developers just cannot develop for PS3, and sales aren't great enough for developers to be so concerned about PS3. The price cut helped out a bit but now we are going backwards again with the same problem. No games. PS...
Sony doesn't need to buy Rockstar. Rockstar is already suppose to develop a killer app for PS3 being made by Rockstar North and using all the PS3 superior power. That's suppose to be the game, the next Grand Theft Auto III, if Rockstar were to deliver to that extent then Sony doesn't need to own Rockstar. If Rockstar can't deliver with that new IP, then are they really worth buying?
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe the new IP isn't suppose to be sh*t, Rockstar is using full PS3 technolog...

With my game console it's all good. I'm playing 1080p with my PS3.
But what about cable TV? I have a Direct TV box and I'm watching TV and I know it looks like crap. How can I get my cable to look better on my HDTV?

It's probably got great graphics but average gameplay where the reviews will be in the 7.0 or 8.0. But not 5.5 like EGM gave it. Go to Gameranking and look it how EGM reviews Blue Dragon compared to other sites? EGM looks like they are from another planet with that.
Only so they can regain it. I've always said bullies are meant to be clobbered. The position of underdog is the best postion to be in. No doubt PS3 is the underdog this generation. I couldn't see them winning any other way.
